How to Setup Synergy Rostering Integration

Instructions for setting up Synergy rostering integration and some tips to avoid known issues. 

 

1. Connect and Setup sharing permission on Synergy. Please find detailed instructions here

2. Open Colleague AI “integration” page: https://platform.colleague.ai/integrations?tab=rostering and create a new integration. Input App ID and App Secret from Synergy portal.

3. Click “Sync Now” button to initiate the 1st rostering syncup 

4. Open “Classroom” page to check all imported classroom enrollment. https://platform.colleague.ai/classroom

5. Open “Manage members” page to check all imported organization users (Teachers, Students and Staffs). https://platform.colleague.ai/members
