Colleague AI Email Configuration

Colleague AI employs several email validation systems to prevent spam and ensure secure communication:

  • SPF (Sender Policy Framework): SPF records are used to specify which IP addresses are authorized to send emails on behalf of the Colleague AI domain. Ensure that your mail servers are configured to recognize and allow emails from Colleague AI.
  • DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail): Colleague AI signs outgoing emails with a digital signature, allowing recipients to verify the authenticity of the message. Ensure your DNS settings include the correct DKIM records to avoid emails being marked as spam.

If your institution is not receiving emails from Colleague AI, please check your spam settings and allow emails from the colleague.ai domain.

We use the noreply@colleague.ai to send new user activation emails.
