Instructions for setting up clever rostering integration and some tips to avoid known issues.
1. Connect and Setup sharing permission on Clever

2. Open Colleague AI “integration” page: https://platform.colleague.ai/integrations?tab=rostering and create a new integration. Input District ID from Clever portal.

3. Click “Sync Now” button to initiate the 1st rostering syncup

4. Open “Classroom” page to check all imported classroom enrollment. https://platform.colleague.ai/classroom

5. Open “Manage members” page to check all imported organization users (Teachers, Students and Staffs). https://platform.colleague.ai/members
